there is this guy from eastern ukraine at the gym, who lived here for like 6 years and speaks russian without an accent, didn't even know he wasn't from around here before he told me. but then every time I ask him about details on how foreign citizens work in russia or his life in ukraine he answers with a subtle accent. still not sure if he is subtly trolling me or if he really doesn't notice
