   After a gap of half a year, finally another hill walk.

   Taking the train as usual, so had to wait until that was allowed again. Fortunately it was very quiet. Not the usual route from Balloch to Craigendoran, because the Balloch train is not to be trusted. Instead, walking back along the ancient Balloch-Cardross coffin road onto Stoneymollan Muir, and there turning West along the John Muir Way to cross the Highland Boundary Fault line and descend towards Craigendoran.

     And this is common honeysuckle (Lonicera periclymenum which in Dutch is called "kamperfoelie", from its other Latin name Caprifolium.It is not perfectly in focus but still pretty I think.#photography #florespondence #fediart

     It was a grey, rainy day so not great for pictures. Still, the little camera does a decent job on plants in any weather.

     This is rosebay willowherb (Chamaenerion angufolium), which to me is "wilgeroosje". I always associate this plant with late summer. With grey skies to set the scene.

     @toneji I like them a lot. They smell very nice too, especially at night.
