finally got an operator on call. she told me to go to another part of the website and do a special ritual to open booking managment UI which according to her will allow to change the data. after it was opened she asked if there is anything else she can do and I said no, so she hung up. then like 10 seconds later I clicked on the "change data" button and it said to contact aeroflot by phone. just :joker_smile:
