     @ProgrammerGenboo 為政者が動く必要があるので政府でいいと思いますが行政か立法かみたいな話になるとめんどくさいですね

     @theoria なるほど……地方公共団体の上に存在する組織としての存在を表したいので、どうすべきか……って悩んでます

     @ProgrammerGenboo 政府でいいと思うけど狭義には行政のみを指してしまう可能性があり立法がなあになっています。国レベルでの〜とか言っといたらなんとかならん…？
