syui私的企業がやることなら憲法上の問題が生じないというのは誤り。確かに憲法は対国家規範だが同様の人権侵害があるなら間接的に適用される。そもそも常識的に考えて、私的企業がやるなら一切人権上の問題が生じないと考えるあたりあまりにも...まあそう思ったりするわけです。インターネット免許制なんてもんを始めようとするならはっきり言うと間違いなく憲法上の問題は生じてくるでしょう
