     @mametsuko hmm, we can say stuff like that actually, yeh; though maybe it's meriken sensesounds kinda like, though "i want to use your bathroom for special purpose", like developing films or so. while "use" is just おしっこ or so

     @shmibs but we can't say "can I borrow this for a sec" if you want to use let's say a toilet, which you cannot really give it back?

     @shmibs because we say "can I borrow a bathroom?" to just mean that I want to you the bathroom.

     @mametsuko hmm, another fun thing to say:when you want to talk privately with someone's 恋人, ask "mind if i borrow him for a sec?", and then you go to another room, talk secretly
