はいこんAAAA(というか名前解決のリストのうちの一つ)での通信に失敗した時に別のIPアドレスでリクエストをやり直す処理が/app/lib/request.rbには実装されているので、基本的にはどこの鯖でもIPv6とAAAAの設定が間違っいるクソ鯖とも通信が出来るようにはなっているはずです
