     @lain seriously though, i don’t pay the taxes, my employer does, progressive income tax is basically taxing employers for paying their employees better, the higher the wages the more you need to put extra in to make your positions attractive for employees

     @hardbass2k8 @lain was a fun adventure, walked across the city with two bags of books to sell and got all proud picking out the right things that were sufficiently trendy because the place took all of them, and then it was like "oh, but do you want in-store credit? ($50) or cash? ($20)" and i was like wellp... and left with the credit because wellp and then saw brother after and then he just took the credit slip and was like "here are dollars" and then i cried
