   @boob @cirno @Kagekokoro @Ricotta @nepfag IPs are easy to trace and you'd be a fool to think that a VPN wouldn't immediately roll over and give all your private info in order to protect themselves. I know for a fact that the only way Nep would give up any private info for Smug users is if he was forced to as part of full legal proceedings. Dude is willing to go to jail to protect the users of Smug.
