     @hakui @hfaust I've been on borrowed time here ever since the "back from gab" event :backfromgab: Sticking around was an intention to grow the Fedi in a way that I would feel good about but there's a number of problems preventing that.The initial ironic gab posting by me was to illustrate what I observed to be the problem. For all the bluster about "decentralized" services ultimately the centralized services are the ones sticking around and making the changes.I'm not comfortable that the biggest growth the Fedi has had was with a guy working with the EU to censor the net and a genocidal beekeeper. If you can't offset the growth being dictated by those people fedi will be filled with more soy than the Astolfos I post.Consider the only real meaningful thing I could change was by complaining massively about a bad pleroma image feature. If I didn't complain the way that I did I don't think it would have been changed. I don't like feeling like that. I don't like feeling that I have to consider that people will just unnaturally not like me and try to get me banned or start beef with admins. If I thought admins could handle it I wouldn't be saying the things I'm saying right now.
