     @igel @mametsuko well to be exact, part of switzerland is german speaking (as seen in the map), the other parts are french, italian and romansh

     @lain @absturztaube @mametsuko maybe if you grew up too far to the north of germany. My mom had a swiss boyfriend who we visited every weekend when I was a teen and I could speak with everyone there perfectly fine
