The better jobs, or well, the ones I actually was hired just required the CV and that's itThe main problem is when the company takes an outside software, Taleo being the main culprit here in my area, being a QC founded company. Their software is fucking cancer. It takes your CV and then automatically badly fills everything, so you have to fix it upWhat's doubly frustrating is that the software is clearly hosted on Taleo's site (url is always company.taleo.com), yet, despite that, you still need a new unique login, so you need to reregister, for every single company using itAbsolute fucking cancer

@feld pretty muchI'm not a high professional either (high level programmer or sysadmin or whatever) so recruiters will always give me cancer pretty much. When I was stuck looking for jobs I tried recruiters and they either never called back or gave me the crappiest jobs in existence. One that was bad that I would have to to change morning to night shift every two months with 0 benefits whatsoever until I get permanent a year later. No fucking thanks dude
