   As I expected. My cheap esperanza EG102 gamepad isn't broken, the contact pads were just filthy. Amusingly not with gamer gunk, the whole interior was full of flux chips. Internals look quality enough but solder job is dodgy, I found foreign strand of hair inside (black so it's not anyone I know) and the main contact board is held in place by pressure alone - usually they invest in screws there because of the strain on the analogue sticks and there is a hole on the board but no hole for it on the mould. It's fine though, I got this for <15 zł and it's more than enough paid for itself with years of service.IMG_20201018_011336.jpg

     Esperanza, BTW, is an importer of chinkshit of low to decent quality.
