  @thatbrickster when I had my bank interface program installed, it just would forbid using NFC as a contactless card substitute. Which is fair tbh, it's plainly stated in the user manual PDF too.

  @roka The post went into saying how some apps, like WhatsApp, started doing it as far back as 2013. Bank apps I already knew about but, eh, just means we should use better apps and services. w
