はいこんドメインの反映に1週間掛かるってなんの話をしてるんだろうか。とあるDNSの変更を反映させるために別のキャッシュDNSサーバーに何らかの指示を世界中に能動的に出しているというつもりならば、DNSはそういう仕組みになっていないし、仮にそういう仕組みならば世界中の膨大な全ドメイン全ホストを各DNSが抱え込むことになって早々に破綻する。そんなわけないだろ
