Currently, tootoise has completed its support and SocialHub is in the process of supporting it.
tootle is a popular client, but it's going to take some time to support it.

のえる (noellabo@fedibird.com)'s status on Monday, 16-Nov-2020 13:42:14 JST のえる @Gargron When asked why it did not correspond to the developers of clients that do not support generics, the answer was "due to the nature of the development language, it takes time to handle unknown types."
For developers, write in the v3.3 release notes, "A new notification type has been added. Be prepared for more unknown types in the future."
