     Polish government is cooking up some sort of regulation against moderationarbitrary censorship of content on privately owned SNS. The statement by the minister of justice on an e-TV platform is quite mysterious but explicitly names some anonymous forces deciding on their own what content is dangerous and what is not.

     I'm highly interested in seeing its shape – the only thing that I can think of at the moment, which could realistically be done, is opening a path for lawsuits. Perhaps it's a modification of the list of personal rights as defined by article 23 of the civil code? It's intentionally left open and can be expanded after all.
