     the way you junction GFs (assign monsters) to characters is actually super interesting

     it later allows you to bind certain magic spells to your stats, and you gotta choose which abilities from the GF you will be using... I just hope it doesn't become too complicated.

     (Also, to get magic spells, you have to "draw" them from the right enemy encounter. By basically using up turns in the battle.)

     funny thing about the last time I tried to play this: I spent an hour reading all the tutorials in the study plan

     and then it turned out that the tutorials also show up again when the game mechanic actually comes up first time in combat

     i was told the intro cinematic is a huge spoiler but i didnt really get it. but apparently the part where the protagonist fights another guy is canon because the game starts off in the infirmary

     hey so remember how I sometimes do the thing where I start playing a game with story and I post screenshots from it in a really long thread and people start having trouble loading the thread and then I never finish the game
