     @Username_Here_ASAP @xj9 @welshpixie the laxative of parentage states that killing people is bad, actually, and glorifying violence is not good for stability and functional systems either, and people really want, for the most part, someone to stop and listen and really hear what they have to say, because actual psychopathy is too small a percentage of the population to fuel mass outrage and most people are caught up in a mess of isolation and hurt and other actual things that are causing them to behave in a way they otherwise would not, and, taking time to empathise, one can work out just what those reasons are and work together on alleviating them, and anyways it's necessary to know what others think in order to anticipate their actions and to not be caught unguarded, unprepared

     The paradox of tolerance states that if a society is tolerant without limit, its ability to be tolerant is eventually seized or destroyed by the intolerant. Karl Popper described it as the seemingly paradoxical idea that in order to maintain a tolerant society, the society must be intolerant of intolerance.
