so when german people use english words in german, do they pronounce english words like english or pronounce them in a german way?High Prrrrrrriority!!!

@ken @mametsuko german speakers' vowels and stress placement tend to be very distinctiver and th consonants as well

@mametsukoWe think we pronounce it in an English way. I really don't hear much difference in how Germans and Americans pronounce "computer" for example... To me the difference between Japanese pronunciation of English words and the native seems much larger... We try to pronounce it English and if you intentionally try to pronounce it in a German way that would be weird imo...

@ken dunno, feels people don't hear their own accents or else they would "correct" themlike @nik somehow picked up a noticeable russian accent second-hand from family and didn't realise
