くろりんご＠JP鯖バイク鯖、elasticsearch（とjava8）を削除して本当にバニラな状態に戻った。ローカルタイムラインの読み出しが異常に遅い問題も解決したのでメモリも2GBに。それでも安定してるし快適な速度になってる。
