Masanori Ogino 𓀁さっと見てみたけれど、'()、nil、true、false（とunspecifiedとundefinedとeof）に別々の即値が割りあてられていて、コンパイラがまともならnilの存在でfixnumの比較命令ひとつ分しか変わらない、はず。よほどのことがない限り他の所に最適化の余地を見つけた方がリターンが大きそう。
