みゃー@まういカレー、とりあえず肉炒めて、肉を取り出して中火で玉ねぎの端が焦げるまでたまに揺らしながら放置して、にんじんとじゃがいも入れて炒めて、肉戻して水入れて火を通して、んでルー入れて沸騰させないように煮込む感じかなあ
