     zonk getting fined for using the bus without a ticket reminded me of a weird trick my other friend used to avoid getting fined.the ticket inspector came up to him and asked for his ticket. he stayed silent. then she asked for his id. he stayed silent. she and another inspector then started threatening him that the bus will not move forward until he gives them his passport and that they will call the police. he stayed silent. then they realized they can't actually delay the bus for so long and told him to go out, saying they will call the police. he walked out the bus and simply went away, the inspectors had no legal right to detain him, so they didn't follow
