      　5月1日、ベルギーのオールドトラック、スパ・フランコルシャン・サーキットでWEC世界耐久選手権第1戦スパ・フランコルシャン6時間レースの決勝が行われ、TOYOTA GAZOO Racingの8号車トヨタGR010ハイブリッド（セバスチャン・ブエミ／中嶋一貴／ブレンドレン・ハートレー組）が2021年シーズンの開幕戦を制した。
