@shmibs In early 2000's pre-school/kindergarten had some of the teachers lead actual prayers before meals but the religion was not really a core aspect. In schools I think our law doesn't allow including expressions of faith in the curriculum, but Christian songs and the Christmas Evangelium are still annual classics in primary schools' Christmas and pre-summer ceremonies.

@moth_ball here's was 6th-through-12th grades and tryna be like "we are not a catholic school" and receiving state support, the whole "charter" thingexcept half of the students came from the catholic primary down the road, and teachers were their catholic parents. and everyone wore the uniforms and got punished for hair too long or short or shirts that were untucked. and bible studies and praying. and mandatory latin. and the school was held in a church building that had services on weekends
