@nik after you spend enough time around people on various psych meds and get to know them you can identify the mannerisms and thought patterns

psych meds and in particular antidepressant drugs twist people's sense of humor. it's usually a dead giveaway when people get overly amused by nonsensical "memes" emotional development slows or stops when people start taking antidepressants, and with that comes a stunted sense of humor. so you see a lot of jibberish, potty humor, and mocking of physical features because mental patients lack the mental capacity to grasp more abstract humor like irony
