    近親婚を禁じてるのって、遺伝子異常が発生しやすくなって生物種としての存続に危険が生じるから、みたいな理由だとは思うんだけど、国民皆保険制度に不要な負荷が掛かるからとか、そういうとことのせめぎ合いになるのかな。
