村上さん実際昨日総務省の北海道総合通信局に言って担当者と話した。担当者がPPC（個人情報保護委員会）にも電話をかけてくれて確認したけど、恐らくGDPRの対象ではないとのこと。ただ、相手の主張は「Information Commissioner's Officeによると、私は、個人事業主やコンサルタントなどの個人を含む「組織」を「データ管理者」と定義し、あらゆる組織に対して自分のデータの削除を要求する権利があります。」とのこと。これに関しては今弁護士に確認中。RE: https://misskey.omhnc.net/notes/8pesnzigy9
