@Moon i don't consider this a meme diet because it's literally just reducing one nutrient for another. there are not very many things that actually require polyunsaturated fat, very few sacrifices need to be made as long as you have the willingness to make stuff from scratch because everything processed is full of shortening. just do whatever you were doing before but substitute oil for high quality european butter and drink some bulletproof coffee as a preworkout.

@Moon dont buy or eat anything with soybean oil, rapeseed oil and aggressively minimize polyunsaturated fat and linoleic acid while maxing out on saturated fat until you have at least a 1:1 ratio of saturated to monosaturated fat intake. the objective is not just to enter calorie deficit but to do everything to increase psychological satiety which is the true cause of obesity. paradoxically, dense calorie high saturated fat items like cocoa butter will reduce calorie intake in the long run by satisfying satiety. dont do this if you have heart problems i guess.
