>how can something come from nothing>mfw Parmenides already answered this question 2500 years ago and nobody bothered to understand himat last i truly see that all existence is indivisible permanence, change is impossible and all of reality is one. if nothing changes then you don't have the problem of something coming from nothing. and therefore start of time and our perception of reality is an illusion, an emanation, and the big bang is really just materiality coming into fake existence from the One that is eternity

@Moon @lain @augustus it's the infinitesimals, just like flat asserting the thing he pointed out as paradoxical without any reason for doing so except "obviously continua exist" when we haven't even got language to describe what "continuum" means and calculus itself is a hack in terms of discretes
