  Also if you press the update button the window just closes and nothing happens. This only happens with themes, widgets are fine.
  I often then end-up with uninstalling my theme and reinstalling it because this is the most reliable way to update your theme.

  Hello #KDE friends, this bothered me for a very long time. I hope someone is reading it and can address this.
  Whenever there is a theme, font or widget update which you manually installed, you never get any notification about that there is an update.
