would really love an art-kinda marketplace with cryptographic currencies for do commisions and such and doesn't nft
-
and maybe like an easy way to self-host such a thing as an interface on one's own website; dunno that's too heavyweight?, how it all workshave a flow like person submits a request and you can respond to it yes or no, or maybe chat back and forth to reach agreement first
-
i know usually such shopfronts use centralised service, stripe or shopify or whatever, and it would be really cool if somehow that same function could be decentralised instead
-
use for commissions and for selling pre-made stuff, like booth
-
kinda doubting it will happen any time soon, though. no money for middleman in such a platform, so have to wait friendly open-source people, but that energy's all absorbed by this nft and get the money! stuff, it seems, and otherwise people (like me) who are too stupid of money things...

@Moon ah yes, something like that. but like spin up your own open instance of it on an own machine and list your own products, plug in your own wallet etc. not relying on someone else for the transactiondon't know if that requires some heavyweight stuff? how the transaction actually works

@shmibs I want to make something like fiverr for crypto
-
@shmibs can you explain decentralized in this concept
-
@Moon mmm, that's what i was thinking of. such-ish places for doing like copywriting / translation etc too often charge money just to add one's face, so too difficult get anything from it
-
@shmibs but, the workflow you described is almost exactly Fiver, it just doesn't do crypto and isn't decentralized. but it would be a good guide for making something
-
@shmibs it can be done without too much trouble.
