   @lain wonder, it seems maybe those podcasts have a sort of internal rss feed for creator, and then secondary services take from that maybe? at least itunes api there can be found some feed it downloads from before showing to the world

     when i was in america the same podcasts would have american ads, which was interesting. Apparently they are inserted somewhat dynamically based on the location of the listener
