   @Mitsu it seems such allergy is promoted by low exposure when young, so in places where children are more sheltered-and-protected (and maybe spend more time indoors and away from world-exposure because cold?) it develops more often

     Curious that in Canada there is a lot of people with peanut allergy, which is rare in spain, and that being lactose intolerant is rare in Canada
