きゅーけーなんか色々迷走してたけど、結局 Typed Racket が「型付きの Lisp」としては最も無難な気がしている。
そもそも Lisp って基本的に Emacs の開発環境が要求されるのでその時点でちょっと厳しい。DrRacket がある時点で Racket が最強かと思う。
