Other "big tech" platforms like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube have seen a big increase in the amount of 'fake-news' accounts to spread false info about the war.

On mstdn.social we now have "closed" public signups and working with an invite link to 1. prevent the massive flow of bot signups. 2. keep a closer eye on all new accounts (locally) in the community to have a better impact on the battle against false information.
