i haven’t cooked in a while, decided to start making my own lunches again. so it’s chickpea and spinach curry this week, with fresh parsley and radishes as the garnish :00fidget:

@rice mmm, tomato is easiestand no radish or such here, but we have many chilis and chili-themed substances instead

@shmibs do you also use tomatoes for the sauce? i usually do, but I didn’t have enough this time.basically it’s fried onions, chickpeas, a bunch of spinach, and tomatoes in my case (with curry spices)
