おさ新入社員研修で電話の取り方とか習ったけど、実際は相手がめっちゃ早口だし、聞き慣れない会社名で聞き直してるのに相手は丁寧に言い直してくれたりしないし、3回目ぐらいになったら相手が（ゆっくり丁寧に言い直すという思考にならないレベルで気が早い訳なので）切れ出すんじゃないかとヒヤヒヤするから適当に切り上げて上司に伝えたりするとちゃんと聞けと怒られたりする理不尽があるよ。
