   The only girl I remember being attracted to at university was my Japanese teacher, who incidentally was Caucasian. I think she was only about two years older than me. On the first day of class I had a casual conversation with her before class started and then she said "OK I have to start class now" and I realized she was the teacher.

     She acted like a normal American until she was conversing with her TAs in Japanese, at which point all her mannerisms became a Japanese.

     @Moon think part of it the head motions actually is just from how pitch is used up and down though, like pronouncing words you can feel your head moving a little already, and from there it's natural becomes primary locus of expression
