2019年ごろに作ってCloud Runにデプロイして使っていたリクエスト時にホスト名の先頭にwww.がある場合にそれを取り除いたURLにリダイレクトさせるとても小さなWebアプリケーションをKubernetesでも動かしやすいようにヘルスチェック用のエンドポイントを追加してGitHub PackagesでDockerイメージを配布するようにしました。
