     @Moon maybe not fancy engravings and curves, but simple carpentry not hard at all, though; really is just tool-investment. maybe there's something "maker-space"-ish around there could do?

     @Moon ah mmm, you can definitely do; it's a fun project ^^just simple things to remember, like "drill before you put in screws" and "don't use soft brass or something on hard woods" etc and usually everything comes out fine

     @shmibs probably a couple hundred dollars but I don't want to make you have to figure out how to do it so I'll probably do the makerspace route.

     @shmibs oh I forgot to mention, my dad gave me a wooden level that belonged to my great-grandfather. It's so old that the lumberyard phone number on the side is a two-digit phone number haha.

     @Moon stuff is complicated, father... maybe he'd've preferred give brothers, but none of them had any interest in carpentry stuff ????the one time have gotten a gift from him, but it's a good one!
