   @moth_ball for English speaker yes it can be good or bad, but in Japanese it definitely criticize bad for people , and why I hate this phrase is that it doesn't tell people what was so bad just saying nothing but "questionable"

     @mimorinka I feel like it can also mean that it's hard to give a definitive good/bad opinion about a thing that you haven't had a chance to evaluate properlyLike there's both good and bad aspects so you're unsure which way to feel.
