     @kaia I know I can't satisfy everybody but if we're doing something really wrong I want to know. I',m concerned about a couple things now but don't have any solutions

     @Moon difficult to reach the people who depart. they will slowly stop posting, so you will not notice and they would not care about an exit interview. or they depart suddenly because of a conflict, misunderstanding, ideological difference. then you cannot reach them either to ask why.

     another thing and I dont know if I can do anything about this is, get some idea of why we lost users when we lose them
