   un, childbirth is always lifethreatening (particularly at catholic hospitals), and it does inevitable damage regardless (thankfully less than spotted hyaena but), but even just stuff like imbalanced biota and infections suck and happen to basically everyone, and then endo etc is much more common than acknowledged also
   
   guys get baby immune system that succumbs to a paper cut, though, so maybe some balance there
