    とかで「ブルーライトは眼に毒」というのはほぼほぼ否定されている。
    もちろん「就寝前に強い光を（眼に）浴びることは良くない」とかそういうことはあるけど，それは〝ブルーライト〟に限ったことじゃないし……。
