I was vegan for a decade, and sick lots for it.

If you can eat only veggies, thats nice.

But I know accept that we are best when we eat lots of veggies and meat.

Bread, pastries and processed food, not so much.

Yes, while the wealthy americans are eating copious amounts of meat in the US. roughly 7,000 americans are starving to death on an annual basis.
