     1) 82 kb and 105 kb. The error message stays the same. The last successful upload was https://gnusocial.net/notice/12514980 with file-size of 74 kb. So the problem is very recently. I tried different browsers but it happens there as well.
     
     2) :-)) Hihi. It might be better to change the text of the error message to "Why don't you put that on your blog instead?"
