Come round analysing your life and when it comes to 'repairs' or 'maintenance' it's always with a what's the cheapest way I can improve the market value of the property.

I don't care if the kitchen cupboards are a little old, fix the fucking boiler and roof!!!!

I've been on about the boiler since I moved in and every time he pretends it must be a new problem.

Honestly fuck that guy.
