    海岸後退への影響、平常時に砂が流れないのもあるけど、土石流や鉄砲水も海岸後退を防いだり、逆に下流の川床の上昇を防いだりって効果もある＞＜
    土砂災害も自然環境の一部なので、防災すると土砂災害のような現象を減らす事自体も影響は出ちゃう＞＜(開発により増えた分とかはあれだけど＞＜)
